Albania has borrowed 14.3 million euro ($22.4 million) from the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) for the construction of two bypass roads that would ease traffic on the road linking Albania’s Adriatic port of Durres with Kosovo's capital Pristina.
